A Banner of Challenge & Determination
H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Municipality & Planning Department – Ajman, said: “Today, the UAE celebrates the Emirati woman, appreciating her achievement, creativity, roles and tasks in all fields of life. The Wise Leadership is giving a special attention to the woman, by enabling her to occupy senior positions, believing in her talents and skills, and emphasizing that she is a partner to success and that without her, no success is possible, as she is the provider of qualitative ideas and positive initiatives.”
His Highness continued: “The Emirati woman has become a model to follow and an example for thinking out of the box and for how to challenge circumstances, as she has reserved for herself an advanced position within the society. She took the initiative to give. She accepted challenges. She promoted the name of her homeland, upheld the banner of the Federation, registered achievements, and demonstrated that she is the best one to create, innovate and accomplish.”
His Highness said: “The State appreciates the woman every day, as the bright days are being created by creative, inspired and competent female workforce; she is the working woman, the affectionate mother, the giving sister, the daughter, the partner to success, and the foundation of advancement. The Founding Father of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed (May Allah Have Mercy Upon Him) instructed us to treat women with all respect and to grant them a prominent position in the society. His approach was continued by H.H. Sheikh Khalifa, who enabled women to occupy the highest ranks. Today, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (May Allah Protect Him) is giving a green light to every woman who goes on the path of sublimation and prosperity.”
