-Insurances: AED 2 per square meter for all types of buildings, with a minimum of AED 500 for residential shades, AED 1,000 for annexes, AED 2,000 as a minimum for residential villas and Agricultural buildings, and AED 3,000 as a minimum for all types of buildings (non-residential/agricultural)
