Eng. Shattaf said that the MPDA was keen to involve those concerned in the development process, as it organized the Pilot Launch Laboratory for Automatic Rental Contract Attestation Services, with the participation of real estate companies and property owners in the Emirate of Ajman. The service in its current form is an innovative experience based on the approval of both parties, the landlord and the tenant, at any time and anywhere around the world and obtain an immediate and attested lease contract, after agreement between the two parties, she said.

The laboratory is consistent with the MPDA’s service delivery strategy, as the Department confirms its commitment to the principles and priorities of the government services development system within the principles of the Global Star System for Classifying Services, which is based on three main priorities to ensure zero bureaucracy, achieving a happy customer experience, and achieving the operational efficiency of government services. Shattaf said.
