His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, confirmed that Zayed Humanitarian Day celebrates every year the leader of giving our Nation’s Father Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who was keen on giving and good and developing humanitarian projects and charitable initiatives.
His Excellency indicated that all entities, departments and institutions seek to enhance the values of humanitarian work and volunteering, motivate their competencies to participate in various humanitarian activities, and spread awareness among the segments of society of the importance of humanitarian work and support them to provide good to others.
His Excellency said, “We adopt the principles of social responsibility and are keen to serve the community and launch initiatives whose impact is felt by all. We also participate in national charitable campaigns, believing in the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity and the importance of support and assistance.”
