It highlighted significant research findings from the Arab Youth Center in collaboration with The Economist Impact, indicating that approximately 127 million Arab youth are expected to enter the labour market by 2040, which necessitates a focus on equipping them with digital skills and ensuring they can adapt to the rapid transformations occurring in the global job market.

This initiative aims to inspire youth to transition from being mere consumers of technology to becoming developers and from being passive recipients of change to active architects of the future, through a comprehensive approach that integrates capacity building, opportunity exploration, and talent incubation.

The discussion also centred on the roles that governments and corporations can play in fostering supportive work environments for youth, as well as in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship within the digital sector. The Center prioritizes digital transformation, striving to connect Arab youth with the latest global trends and preparing them for leadership roles in the digital economy and advanced technology sectors.
