Viewing best practices, HE Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi receives Umm Al Quwain Municipality’s DG to enhance integrated work

His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), received His Excellency Ahmed Ibrahim Al Ali, Director General of Umm Al Quwain Municipality, and his accompanying delegation, to view the best practices, experiences and expertise in the MPDA’s myriad sectors.

 

At the outset of his visit, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi stressed the MPDA seeks, under the direct guidance of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the MPDA, to strengthen aspects of joint cooperation and pave the way for horizons for current and future work with all entities in the State, highlighting the importance of integration and synergy for qualitative achievements in various areas, in line with Ajman Vision 2030, and the MPDA’s strategy geared towards deepening cooperation and positive partnership.

 

For his part, His Excellency Ahmed Al Ali spoke highly of the MPDA’s efforts and achievements over the past period, appreciating the visit aimed at viewing the policies followed in the MPDA, their operations, systems and smart empowerment.

 

The meeting touched upon the highly important accomplishments of the MPDA’s sectors; the infrastructure development, public health and environment, strategy and customer happiness, and supportive services, that are designed to enhance life quality and community welfare, cement the community-MPDA trust, and reinforce competitiveness and sustainability.

 

During the meeting, guests were informed about the MPDA’s smart systems and the how artificial intelligence is used in various fields, operations, along with the efforts exerted and the strategic plan adopted to ensure sustainability in various fields, and focusing on the community as the pillar and focus of work, the goal and target.

 

The visit was wrapped up by a field tour by the Umm Al Quwain Municipality delegation to the Customer Happiness Center, which was awarded 6-star by the global star classification in the Ajman Government Excellence Award. They reviewed the progress of procedures and efforts made to optimize the customer experience and elevate and develop smart services to meet their needs and go beyond their expectations, both quality high and professional, and excel at work to provide the best for the customer and help them finish their in record time and anywhere, through qualified and ambitious cadres capable of dealing with different categories, using the state-of-the-art technical resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
