His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, was briefed on the digital projects, and enhanced services and applications launched by the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA). This came when His Highness toured the Ajman Government Platform at the GITEX 2023. Is Highness also toured other participating pavilions where he reviewed their achievements.
MPDA services in Ajman One App
On day four of its participation in GITEX 2023, Engineer Khaled Moeen Al Hosani, MPDA’s Executive Director of the Public Health and Environment Sector, launched the Department’s services in the Ajman One App of the Ajman Government. Ajman One provides innovative, reliable and effective smart government services with the aim to raise the level of local services in the Emirate and improve the customer experience through a unified, comprehensive channel for government services, consistent with Ajman’s vision of turning the Emirate into a happy community with green economy stimulated by a distinct government attuned to the spirit of the union.
Eng. Al Hosani referred to the MPDA’s keenness to embed its services in the Ajman One APP, which includes all the services of the Emirate’s entities, as part of its effort to facilitate the customer’s journey and enable him to complete their service through one application, which includes the available digital government services. It also serves as a unified and comprehensive guide to government services, in addition to public and private services, enabling customers to view services , and search and apply for them easily via one central channel.
Honoring Suppliers
Eng. Al Hosani honored suppliers, stressing their effective role and appreciating their efforts to achieve the best results. The MPDA constantly and diligently values the role of suppliers as they are a part and parcel of its success and continuous progress, Eng. Al Hosani noted.
The MPDA continues to provide its services, applications and smart systems to the platform’s visitors who are interested in eying the latest digital projects and initiatives.
For her part, Hind Al Shamsi, MPDA’s Director of the Smart Services Department and head of the GITEX team, explained that the MPDA has left a distinctive mark over the days of GITEX, strengthening its relationships with all parties. It has managed to exchange experiences and constructive ideas that ensure the quality of life and customer happiness. Its competent cadres were also able to communicate directly with all groups and segments of society to introduce them to the smart services, Al Shamsi noted, calling on visitors to view the MPDA’s accomplishments and make the most of its available features.
