The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman, in collaboration with the Emirates Council for Rural Development, has announced the commencement of the Seventh Masfoot Spring Festival, which is part of the broader Nasmat Masfoot Festival. This initiative, which began in November, will continue until April 2025.
In this context, Mr. Saif Ghadeer Al Ketbi, Director of the Masfoot Municipality Department, stated that the Masfoot Spring Festival is a key component of a series of seasonal festivals celebrated in the City of Nature and Beauty.
The festival is set to welcome visitors from December 14 to December 31, 2024, featuring a diverse array of events, activities, and competitions designed for all demographics. This celebration will coincide with the pleasant weather and the conclusion of the first semester, highlighting traditional customs and cultural heritage while fostering sports talent across various community segments.
Mr. Al Ketbi urged the residents of Masfoot and visitors alike to take full advantage of the festival, which serves as an exceptional venue for families, creative individuals, entrepreneurs, and all community members to engage in a wide array of activities tailored to diverse preferences and age groups.

In addition, Mr. Al Ketbi emphasized that this year’s festival presents a rich assortment of activities, numerous competitions, enjoyable challenges, and performances set within a vibrant cultural atmosphere for attendees. He noted that the festival provides children with the opportunity to make the most of their vacation by participating in educational and athletic events, thereby instilling in them the significance of preserving the heritage, legacy, and unique identity of the Emirate of Ajman, while also showcasing its rich history and authenticity.
