This service includes providing the land coordinates in an (XYZ) format.

Site Plan Request

A service that allows customers to issue a site plan for any land or area of land with detailed dimensions and an identifying number specified for construction.

Land Consolidation Request

A service in which the customer requests to merge two or more lands to obtain an updated site plan, if his request is approved.

Land Partitioning Request

A service that allows the customer to request sorting and dividing the owned lands into two or more parts

Request For Land Usage Change

A service that allows the customer to request a change of the type of land use (changing the type of activity used for residential, commercial or industrial purposes)

Setback Termination Request

A service that allows customers to request setback termination (The area left empty on either the front or the back of the property, and once setback termination is approved then this area can be built on).

Request To Add Full Floor/Roof

A service through which the customer requests to modify the permitted number of floors for the building height system by adding a floor or a rooftop.

Payment of fines

A service that allows the customer to pay all violations affiliated with the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman, types of violations: (parking violations – health violations – environmental violations – building management violations – roads and infrastructure management violations – agriculture and public parks management violations)
