First Entity in the Whole Emirate
His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Municipality and Planning – Ajman, commended the qualitative achievement of the Customer Happiness Centre by obtaining the Golden Category as an accredited service centre from the International Federation of Persons with Physical Disability (People of Determination), which makes the Customer Happiness Centre the first centre in the Emirate of Ajman to get this classification, which is considered the highest classification.
His Highness praised the efforts of the Centre’s qualified staff, who adopted a comprehensive and integrated plan over the past period to provide all the elements of happiness and well-being for People of Determination at the Centre. He emphasized that this qualitative achievement is the result of adherence to international standards associated with empowering People of Determination and enhancing their experience in providing services, in a manner that contributes to their full integration into society and enables them to enjoy the Department’s services in an easy and convenient manner.
His Highness said that People of Determination are a key segment of the society. He added that we intensify our efforts to meet their needs, improve their standard of living, and ensure they enjoy a good and ideal life, as their happiness is a priority and a shared goal of all people.
Medals of Excellence
Mr. Marwan Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Service Centers Department, and Mr. Yousuf Khaled Al Shaiba, Director of the Customer Happiness Centre, received the International Federation of Persons with Physical Disability’s Medal in recognition of their outstanding efforts in achieving excellence and fostering a supportive environment for People of Determination.
His Highness praised the ambitious and qualified staff who spare no effort to provide the best services for People of Determination, and who continue to adopt future plans to achieve further accomplishments that benefit people of determination and strong will.
