The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) participated in the sixth session of the World Statistics Congress (WSC), which was held in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, under the title “Empowering Statistics and Data Analysis through Research and Innovation.”
During the session, Rehab Ali Ikhlasi, Director of the MPDA’s Opinion Poll Center, presented a worksheet on the mechanism for setting the productivity target for service providers at the MPDA.
In this connection, Fatima Muhammad Al-Mulla, Director of the MPDA’s Strategy and Institutional Excellence Department, and chair of the participating delegation, noted the MPDA’s keenness on disseminating the best administrative practices that enhance the MPDA’s institutional image in international forums, and exchanging experiences, knowledge and bright experiences with various parties.
The WSC included a myriad of qualitative projects and distinct experiences, such as Malaysia’s endeavor to lead innovation using open data for development purposes.
