It spans vast areas, featuring a 2-kilometer walking path, a children’s play area, a designated sports area, in addition to parking facilities accommodating 270 vehicles, including spaces for people with determination. It also includes 15 architecturally designed seating areas, taking into account ventilation and weather conditions.

The area is distinguished by its rich botanical diversity, containing 22,500 square meters of grass, 50,425 shrubs of hedges and various bushes, along with 72,000 seedlings of seasonal flowers and ground covers.
