The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) announced it brought down a company violating the rules and regulations specified for dumping public waste. Inspectors of the Municipal Control and Inspection Department issued a fine worth 20 thousand dirhams, seizing and confiscating the violating vehicle, for dumping public waste and building materials in undesignated areas in the Emirate.
The fine was meant to deter whoever dares to commit the violation, in order to support the efforts geared towards rendering the Emirate of Ajman a healthy, clean and safe city, the MPDA noted, stressing continued monitoring of all negative practices that distort the aesthetic look of the Emirate.

The MPDA said that the Emirate of Ajman has become an ideal model for a modern, sustainable emirate that is mainly keen on launching development projects, continuing the process of progress and prosperity, and curbing the spread of any negative phenomenon.
The field competencies in the RASID Department work around the clock to maintain the Emirate’s aesthetic image, and never not hesitate to monitor negative practices, deal professionally with all cases, and inspect around the clock, with the aim to achieve the desired strategic goals of completing operations within record time, considering the requirements of the environment, health and safety, the MPDA noted.
