The Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) announced its select as one of the top five leading innovators in the Middle East and Africa, according to the periodic report issued by the Global Innovation Institute GINI which authorized the MPDA as an accredited innovative organization (GInOrg), along with the MPDA’s  Ajman X Center – Innovations and Accelerators Center obtaining the Accredited Innovation Lab (AInL) Certificate and the Accredited Training and Assessment Program (ATAP) Certificate from GINI.
In this connection, His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, MPDA’s Chairman, in the presence of His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, MPDA’s Director General, honored the qualified cadres who made the achievement, appreciating the role of the Center, and thanking Dr. Sheikha Noura Humaid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Ajman X Center, and the work team that spared no effort over the past period to achieved the desired goals of launching the Center, and successfully brought the future before it exists, search for challenges and find viable solutions in all walks of work and life.
His Highness voiced his pride in the global recognition by the USA’s GINI, classifying Ajman X Center as an accredited training body in the United Arab Emirates, and granting it membership in the field of innovation and provision of professional certificates.

Three Certificates
For her part, Dr. Sheikha Noura Humaid Al Nuaimi told His Highness that the success made by the Center would not have been possible without the intensified efforts, integration of tasks, and progress under a clear methodology and insights for the best. Ajman X Center, under the authorization, will be able to provide accredited courses for experts and specialists, in addition to granting accredited certificates, including Authorized Innovation Professional, Authorized Design Thinking Professional, Authorized Innovation Strategist, Authorized Chief Innovation Officer, and Authorized Innovation Assessor, she noted.
Dr. Al Nuaimi said that the MPDA has thus obtained three global certificates from GINI, demonstrating its relentless work and endeavor for prominence and leadership.
It is worth noting that the Center will be able to automate the review and assessment processes for organizations and institutions striving for specialized accreditations in innovation, including: accredited innovation organization, accredited innovation lab, accredited business incubators, accredited innovation training programs, innovation validation, and accredited business accelerator programs.
