His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), honored the winners of the Excellence Award 2024, which included the categories of the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Supervisor Employee 2023, the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Administrative Employee, the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Field Employee, and the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Customer Happiness Employee, the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Innovative Employee, the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Young Employee, and the MPDA’s Head Medal for the Best Specialist Employee.
Laila Al Dhaheri won the Best Supervisor Employee Medal, Mohammad Omran Al Ali won the Best Administrative Employee Medal, Mohammad Awad Abdullah won the Best Field Employee Medal, and Hind Salem Al Shamsi and Ahmed Issa Al Rifai won the Best Innovative Employee Medal, Amr Shehata Abdul Rahman won the Best Specialist Medal, and Mohammad Imran Mohammad Al Ali won the Best Young Employee Medal, and Aisha Mohammad Azim won the Best Customer Happiness Employee Medal.
This came during the annual meeting organized by the MPDA under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, dubbed “Towards Sustainable Future,” and in the presence of His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Nuaimi, the MPDA’s Director General, and sector managers, and with participation of male and female employees.
His Highness awarded certificates of thanks to the departments achieving honorable results in employee happiness, appreciating the intensive efforts to make employees happy. Human resources are the pillar of the MPDA’s prosperity, development, advancement, and maintaining its leadership in various fields, His Highness stressed.
In his speech, His Highness expressed his pride in the work of every employee in the MPDA, noting that the MPDA has honored an elite group of distinguished people, and it embraces many superstars, creators, and devotees who work with dedication for the MPDA’s excellence and Ajman’s leadership, and move towards sustainable future path.
His Highness said, “We have made myriad achievements, and we still eager to go on with the path of creativity to develop the infrastructure and advance the Emirate of Ajman, maintain everyone’s health and safety, expand the green area, and provide smart services that get to the customer anytime and anywhere to ensure life quality and society happiness.”
Foundation of Success
For his part, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammad Al Nuaimi said that the MPDA is proud of its employees, describing them as the title of excellence. This came while honoring the work teams that won international awards.
The ceremony included a luncheon, entertainment events, and drawing prizes for valuable gifts.
