H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, honored the Department’s personnel who won 8 awards in Ajman Government Excellence Program 2024, and the departments that earned the highest job satisfaction scores in 2024 and the most improving departments in their results, and the human resources who have earned Doctorate degrees, with the presence of H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the Department’s Director-General, and sectors’ directors, and a remarkable participation of male and female employees.
His Highness emphasized, in a speech he delivered: “The Department’s employees are a part of the society and are working sincerely hard for the welfare and prosperity of the society of Ajman Emirate, and are delivering high-quality achievements in various fields. Work is going on unstoppably for the commissioning of high-quality projects whose impact can be felt by all categories.” His Highness appreciated the efforts of ambitious human resources that play a significant role within integrated efforts to bring happiness to the society, protect the health and safety of citizens and residents, provide an integrated infrastructure, and ensure the creation of all the elements of welfare and ideal life for everybody.
His Highness applauded the integrated pioneering work of the Department, which was recently able to earn local, regional and global awards that reflect the efforts of competent personnel who utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and modern technologies and innovations to improve work efficiency and the quality of services. His Highness emphasized: “Every Department’s employee is a vital foundation and a pivotal element of creativity, advancement and prosperity.”
Excellence: A Banner & Basis
From his side, H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi conveyed, whilst honoring the experts and specialists, the Department’s pride of its male and female employees who gave, over a span of 20 years of hard work, high-quality successes and accomplishments, as they are the basis of development and the banner of progress in the journey of prosperity, while he stated: “Everybody is working under a single umbrella, in a single team spirit, within a single family that never fails to deliver.”
From his side, Mr. Mohammed Al Mahri, the Department’s Director of Human Resources Department, emphasized: “The Department cares for the organization of the meeting on a periodical basis so that it would be a forum to meet, exchange opinions, and appreciate the efforts of those who deserve such appreciation. Every male and female employee is keen to deliver the best and achieve positive results in the various sectors.”
Various Events
The annual meeting witnessed the organization of several entertainment events and a raffle for valuable gifts, after a banquet that brought together the Department’s personnel as a single family and an integrated work team.
