His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), opened the first session of the MPDA’s Youth Majlis, which announced formation for the second session 2024-2025, in cooperation and coordination with the Federal Youth Foundation, in line with the goals geared towards empowering human competencies and supporting creative energies in all entities.
At the beginning of the session with the Majlis’s young people, His Excellency appreciated the important role of the ambitious competencies who possess qualifications, qualitative ideas and distinct initiatives, stressing the leadership’s confidence in their talents and its keenness to support young people and grant them creative and developmental opportunities in various work and life sectors.
His Excellency urged the Youth Majlis to translate ideas into concrete reality, apply best practices to serve the homeland and the citizens, and carry out projects with positive impact, calling for holding workshops and dialogue sessions with the MPDA’s youth to take their suggestions and learn about their opinions and requirements. We share the same improvement and development goal, and always aspire to ensure life quality and happiness for every individual in society, His Excellency said.
His Excellency called on young people to use all methods and techniques that contribute to achieving the best results, foremost of which are modern technology and artificial intelligence, and to harness whatever that can be used to bring the best, in order to move forward in the sustainable development process.
His Excellency stressed the MPDA’s support for the efforts of young people to enhance their significant role in society and deepen their active participation in serving the homeland, noting that everyone looks forward to their accomplishments and trusts their abilities, as they are a qualitative and an inspiring model.
For his part, Hamad Al-Saeedi, Chairman of the Youth Majlis, elaborated to His Excellency on the initiatives, programs and events to be implemented by the Majlis during the coming period, explaining that all members worked on establishing the main axes, and work frameworks and methodology to involve every young person of the MPDA in creating a bright tomorrow and a promising future and to enable them to keep pace with changes and developments efficiently.
