His Highness Sheikh RASHID BIN HUMAID AL NUAIMI, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman, received the Platinum Accreditation Certificate for Institutional Innovation Management System. The Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman was awarded this certificate by IDEAS UK, to stand out as one of the first government bodies that received it in the Emirate of Ajman.
In his office, at the Department, His Highness honored the staff of the Department in the presence of His Excellency, Mr. ABDUL RAHMAN MOHAMMED AL NUAIMI, Director-General of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman, and Sheikha Dr. NOURA HUMAID AL NUAIMI, Director of Ajman X, praising the efforts made and the tireless work done to achieve this honorable achievement.
His Highness expressed his pride in the Department’s successful passing of the comprehensive evaluation conducted by the IDEAS UK, which included several precise criteria related to the Institutional Innovation Management System in the Department, explaining that the “Platinum Accreditation Certificate” is the highest level of certificates awarded by IDEAS UK to institutions that excel in activating the systems of ideas and innovation within the work environment. Pointing out that obtaining the “Platinum Accreditation Certificate” in the area of innovation is a direct result of the continuous efforts made by the Department to develop a work environment that encourages creative thinking and enhances the participation of the whole staff of the Department in developing innovative solutions that contribute to improving the municipal and developmental services provided in the Emirate of Ajman.
For her part, Sheikha Dr. NOURA AL NUAIMI provided a detailed explanation to His Highness about the stages of work, the integration of objectives and the synergy of tasks to achieve the desired goal, explaining that the staff work continuously to motivate employees and encourage them to come up with creative ideas and participate in solving institutional problems. The staff also pay special attention to developing work tools and methodologies that help accelerate the pace of innovation.
Dr. Al Nuaimi appreciated the continuous support of the wise leadership in the department and providing all kinds of support to enable ambitious competencies to achieve successive achievements in various fields, which contributed greatly to providing a stimulating environment for innovation, which was reflected in the performance of the department and achieving this distinguished achievement.
