His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), praised the promising talents and qualitative skills of the young generations and their interest in learning, knowledge, practical training, experiencing life and learning the finest details in all areas. This came while inspecting the Young Project Manager Program and the Robotics Design Science Program, within the government summer program “Our Happy Summer 2024”, in the presence of Ahmed Al Raisi, Chairman of the program’s organizing committee, Abdul Aziz Abdullah, General Supervisor of the program, Ibrahim Samra Al Shehhi, Director of the Liaison and Community Department and Head of the program’s activities team at the MPDA, Dr. Sheikha Noura Humaid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Ajman Center X, and Aisha Al Matroushi, Director of the Project Management and Business Development Office on assignment.
His Excellency was briefed on the projects carried out by 25 students who participated in the Young Project Manager Program, in which they learned the basics of starting projects, ensuring their success, continuity and expansion, working within a single team and learning about challenges, opportunities and possible means of development. He voiced his pride in the projects carried out by the participants, a matter which reflects their keenness and insistence on achieving excellence and embodying the ambition and will to carry out quality projects eyed by all.
Everyone trusts the capabilities of children and young generations and bets on their success, as they are the title of change and development and the compass of moving towards a more prosperous future, His Excellency told the participants, stressing that investing in the human element and empowering it is the successful means for improvement and excellence. We have seen what the brilliant minds and hands that harnessed skills to represent the idea of projects have produced, to confirm to all that they are the pioneers of tomorrow’s projects and owners of investments in various fields.
Smart Talents
His Excellency also encouraged the participants in the Robotics Design Science Program held at the Ajman X Center affiliated with the MPDA. Every year we witness a remarkable turnout to join digital programs and keenness to employ modern technologies and artificial intelligence in various areas of life, His Excellency added, commending the efforts of the work teams that seek to continue holding programs that qualify children to master this field and translate ideas into digital products to develop promising talents and enrich scientific and practical skills and ensure their mastery of the basics that benefit them in both scientific and practical life.
For his part, Ibrahim Al Shehhi asserted that the MPDA’s summer programs witness great participation, praising the keenness of the participants’ families to enroll them in programs that seize their time and help them spend the summer vacation engaged in useful programs and cast their positive shadows on all walks of life.
