His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman honored 21 male and female employees who completed the initial batch of the Certified Innovation Strategist (CINS) from the Department’s Ajman X Center, the first innovation training and evaluation center accredited by the Global Innovation Institute (GINI).
His Highness expressed that the Department is delighted with its ambitious staff who successfully completed all the program stages and enhanced skills and knowledge, aiming to become a pioneer in strategic innovation. He expressed gratitude to the Ajman X Center for its remarkable achievements, setting a new standard of excellence and sustainability for the Department.
His Highness instructed the ongoing organization of specialized programs to attain the intended outcomes, as well as the provision of accredited training for professionals and specialists, such as the accredited innovation professional, the accredited design thinking professional, the accredited innovation strategist, the accredited chief innovation officer, and the accredited innovation evaluator. This demonstrates the Department’s commitment to perpetuating prosperity and enhancing the human element as a guide for constructive transformation and a foundation for leadership.
For her part, Dr. Sheikha Noura Humaid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Ajman X Center, provided His Highness with a thorough overview of the program’s objectives, duration, and commended the dedicated work team for ensuring the program’s success and the training of its graduates.
Dr. Sheikha Al Nuaimi emphasized that the Center’s accomplishments were only possible due to increased efforts, task coordination, and adherence to a well-defined approach and insights, ensuring optimal results. She also mentioned the Center’s plans to streamline review and evaluation procedures for organizations pursuing innovation accreditations, including Certified Innovation Organization, Certified Innovation Lab, Certified Business Incubators, Certified Innovation Training Programs, Certified Innovation Validation, and Certified Business Accelerator Programs.
