-Service provision fees for all buildings except private housing: AED 500
-Fees for providing service for private/agricultural residential buildings: AED 50
-Building permit for a private residential / agricultural building: AED 3.5 dirhams per square meter, with a minimum of AED 200
-Building permit for all buildings (other than residential / agricultural): AED 6 per square meter, with a minimum of AED 200
-Permit to build a private/agricultural fence: AED 200
-Building permit for a private residential/agricultural extension: AED 200
-License for indoor/outdoor private residential/agricultural canopies: AED 200
-Permit for indoor/outdoor shades for all buildings (other than residential/agricultural): AED 500
-Insurances: AED 2 per square meter for all types of buildings, with a minimum of AED 500 for residential shades, AED 1000 for annexes, AED 2,000 for residential villas, and AED 3000 for all types of buildings (other than residential / agricultural)
-Technical report fee: AED 1000″
