H.E. Abdul Rahman Muhammed Al Nuaimi, the Director-General of the Municipality & Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), reviewed the smart applications and personal products created by 30 students who joined the smart applications track in the Young Coders program – 2023, and the program falls under the umbrella of “Our Happy Summer”.
His Excellency appreciated the continuity of organizing the Our Happy Summer program, which seeks to engage the emerging groups and prepare them to be creative generations for an innovative future, noting that the Ajman X Center of MPDA has started the Young Coder’s workshops and activities with the smart application programming track to teach the affiliated children the basics of programming applications and games, sharpening their skills and enabling them to use advanced technology in designing products based on their ideas in the digital arena.
His Excellency added that the ambitious competencies at MPDA have developed an integrated plan for Our Happy Summer that includes a variety of programs, noting that the programs have eyed a high demand for registration, reflecting the community’s desire to develop digital talents and join knowledge-enriching programs.
MPDA underscored its endeavor to ensure the quality of life and happiness of society. It is committed to the principles of social responsibility, and always seeks enrichment of the knowledge of all groups, arming them with contemporary languages, and enabling them to master the basics that benefit them at scientific and practical levels, His Excellency said, praising the keenness of the parents of participants to enroll them in useful programs in their leisure time with positive impacts on all aspects of their lives.
