His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), asserted that the 53rd Union Day is a dear occasion to all our hearts, embodying the unity of the people of the United Arab Emirates and their solid will to build a strong and prosperous country. On this day, we all celebrate the great achievements of our country thanks to the unity of the leadership and the people and the sacrifices of the founders who laid the basis for establishing the UAE, which has today become one of the most advanced countries around the world.
His Highness added that Union Day is a symbol of determination and will, and an opportunity to renew the pledge of loyalty and belonging to our country and our wise leadership who have made every single effort to advance the country, noting that the founding fathers laid the basis of this great union and today we continue their march in building the bright future that the Emirati people deserve.
His Highness pointed out that this occasion affirms national unity, as the Union Day represents a celebration of our glorious history and a symbol of the strength of will and cooperation among the Emirati people, and reflects a defining moment in strengthening the country’s position globally, which makes us today more united than ever towards the future.
His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi wrapped up saying that our flag will always remain flying high in the sky of pride and loftiness, and a symbol of strength and unity, stressing our commitment to exert more effort to achieve the vision of the wise leadership in making the UAE at the forefront of advanced countries.
