H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the Director-General of Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, honored 10 experts who have become certified as talent management experts by London Academy.
In this regard, His Excellency stated: “The Department is aiming to qualify its human resources, arising from the belief of that they are the basis of ongoing advancement and success, and proceeding in the journey of prosperity in various fields.” He appreciated the efforts of the experts who strived for success and earning such outstanding certification.
His Excellency continued: “The design of an integrated system of talent management in line with the enterprise strategy contributes to the development of the framework of the human resources, who are the basis of superiority. Therefore, we adopt the utilization of modern and efficient tools and technologies for the assessment of talents, as well as the training, development and guidance of talents using a various collection of efficient development methodologies.”
From his side, Sultan bin Darwish, the Director of the Human Resources Department, gave an explanation to His Excellency about the developmental programs being offered for the Department’s employees, stating: “The Department embraces creative talents who are capable to attain successive accomplishments. Therefore, the Department has adopted a developmental plan for the empowerment and guidance of talents towards the best path for creativity and innovation.”
