During Suggestions Ceremony, MPDA honors qualitative proposers

His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), honored the owners of qualitative proposers and useful ideas, during the Suggestions Ceremony organized by the MPDA to celebrate the efforts of the proposers, and to emphasize their important role in the desired development and improvement process.

His Excellency expressed his pride in the useful proposals during the ceremony, which was attended by the honored categories with the participation of executive directors, department managers, and employees, as the MPDA believes that every positive project that played great part in achieving positive results and cast its improving shadows, was initially an idea and a proposal.

His Excellency noted that the MPDA seeks to support the owners of proposals that contribute to the Emirate’s advancement and leadership, stressing the role of intellectual cooperation in Ajman’s prosperity and ascension to glory and progress.

His Excellency added that the MPDA works hard and relies on qualified competencies to develop the best means of raising proposals internally and externally, stressing that the proposals lead to developing the MPDA’s services and enhancing the progress process, in addition to all aspects of life in the Emirate, by aligning the proposals with forward-looking visions, wise directions and visions tailored to the desired development.

His Excellency said that the MPDA was keen to honor the category of the best cooperative department in the proposals system, the customers and employees owners of applied proposals, and the best coordinator, as part of the constant keenness to motivate those who deserve it, and embody the MPDA’s approach to promote innovators and those with professional competencies and developmental innovations.

For her part, Eng. Noura Rashid Shattaf, Executive Director of the Strategy and Customer Happiness Sector, said that the MPDA has provided multiple channels for employees and customers to submit proposals, including the proposals system, the MPDA’s website, social media channels, Ajman Contact Center 80070, and the MPDA Application, in line with its keenness to attract bright ideas and give employees and customers the opportunity to cast their votes, express their ideas, and submit them to officials to be real projects whose impact is felt by all.

The MPDA has made accomplishments in the area of proposals and is still looking forward to achieving the best and adopting a holistic and integrated plan to improve the proposals system in a manner that contributes to providing positive results, Shattaf added, congratulating the honorees for their positive role in the path of progress and prosperity.
