    The purpose of this consultation  is to explore customer perspectives on the services provided by the Municipality and Planning Department and identify the services they believe need improvement and development. Through this survey, we aim to gather customer feedback and suggestions on the nature of the required improvements in order to enhance the efficiency of the services provided and better meet the needs of our customers.

     

    The purpose of this consultation is to identify the requirements of customers regarding the current services provided by the Municipality and Planning Department, through surveying customers’ opinions about the services they believe need improvement and development. It also aims to gather innovative ideas and practical suggestions that could contribute to developing and updating these services, in line with customers’ aspirations and evolving needs.

     

    It is expected that this consultation  will contribute to achieving several objectives, including obtaining accurate data on the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided, identifying areas that require urgent improvement, and developing clear action plans to improve the quality, speed, and ease of the services provided. The survey will also help prioritize service development efforts, enhance communication between the department and customers, and build a relationship based on trust and transparency. Furthermore, the survey results will contribute to supporting the decision-making process and taking the necessary measures to improve work efficiency and enhance the department’s performance.
