The Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman organized an activity to make workers happy, aiming to hold events and recreational activities for 100 workers in the Department to bring joy to their hearts, coinciding with International Labor Day, which falls on May 1 of each year.
In this regard, Ismail Ahmed Al Hosani, Director of the General Services Department in the Department, confirmed that the event had an active participation from the departments and authorities, as the Quattro Sports Center received the workers, and the Ministry of Culture and Youth contributed to the success of the events, recreational activities and knowledge competitions, indicating that all parties seek to give a helping hand and support to the important group that works hard all year round.
The Director of the General Services Department continued that the Department decided to allocate an entertainment day for workers to celebrate their day, in appreciation of their achievements and in gratitude for their role in serving communities, explaining that the municipality Department adopts the values of social responsibility and is keen to launch specific activities that achieve the strategic goal of quality of life and happiness of society.
The Director of the General Services Department said, workers play an important role in various fields of life, so you find them working in construction sites, those dedicated to cleaning work and preserving the environment, and supportive people in emergency situations at various times, stressing that everyone in the Department and society appreciates their hard work, praying for them to be well and continue the path of positive action.
During the event, the German Saudi Hospital in Sharjah conducted medical examinations for the participants, and Bakdash Al Tarboush distributed ice cream to the workers.
