The Municipality and Planning Department has won three ISOs; ISO 56002, Innovation Management, ISO 10001, Customer Happiness Charter, and ISO 10002, Complaints Management, as part of its relentless efforts to continue obtaining specifications, and in appreciation of its around-the-clock work to ensure life quality and community happiness, and in implementation of qualitative and innovative initiatives and works that influence all aspects of life.
His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, MPDA’s Director General, was handed over the ISOs, in the presence of Mr. Khaled Ahmed Al Hosani, MPDA’s Director of Support Services Department, Engineer Noura Rashid Shattaf, Executive Director of the Strategy and Customer Happiness Sector, and Mr. Marwan Al-Aridi, Director of Accreditation at Bureau Veritas, donor of ISOs, and honored the ambitious competencies for their hard work to obtain specifications.
In this vein, His Excellency affirmed that the certificates are added to the MPDA’s record of success, excellence, creativity and innovation, governed by qualified cadres that are capable of achieving successes and never stopping making contributions and achievements in various sectors.
His Excellency said that the MPDA obtained certificates of excellence and leadership in projects as a culmination of its diligent work and efforts, the impact of which is eyed by all in society and whose results benefit all. His Excellency praised the efforts of everyone who contributed in the achievements and called on all to keep going on the path of excellence and distinction.
