Ajman Municipality & Planning Department signed a memorandum of understating (MoU) with the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation, in the course of the care of both parties to consolidate their ongoing joint cooperation and to support future plans and projects.
The MoU was signed on the Municipality Department’s behalf by H.E. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the Department’s Director-General, while it was signed on the behalf of the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation by H.E. Eng. Omar Ahmed bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Department’s Director-General, with the presence of a number of officials of both sides.
In this regard, H.E. Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi, emphasized: “The Municipality Department cares for extending bridges of joint cooperation with all entities, departments and organizations, and to open new business horizons, in attainment of the vision and strategic objective of the Government of Ajman. All departments work in service of the society and to provide ideal services that can be felt by everybody, in line with the strategic objective of the sustainability of operations and enterprise performance.”
From his side, H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, appreciated the close strategic partnership with the Municipality & Planning Department, emphasizing: “The significate of signing this MoU, which would enhance the pillars of joint cooperation and improve the customer’s journey by the invention of innovative solutions and contemporary digital work methods that support the joint vision of both entities, and that aim to promote the standard of performance of public organizations and to provide integrated services that meet the level of aspirations of the various concerned categories.”
Al Muhairi stated: “The Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation and the Municipality & Planning Department are continuously working for the simplification and development of work procedures by the enhancement of the e-linking process and facilitating the exchange of engineering data and the reflection thereof onto the e-system, a thing which would reduce the processing time of transactions and improve the quality and accuracy of joint operations, especially those related to the issuance of drawings, the appraisal of land plots, the unification of archiving data, as well as re-planning processes and the other services for real estate firms, owners and investors.”
The MoU provided for the inclusion of the site plan issuance service during the customer’s journey, and undertaking ongoing work for the development of proactive services that contribute to the enhancement of the customer’s experience and ensuring the quality of life.”
