Procedures and steps for Submitting the request
– Submit the request via the website – Public Health & Environment System
– It is required to be present in person at central laboratories outlet (food laboratory section) to submit sample within (5) days maximum after the submission of the request
– Internal procedures. the request is processed. In case of acceptance of transaction, fees are paid electronically
– Receiving the lab report electronically
