Project Description

 

The Municipality & Planning Department of Ajman is seeking to implement a means to streamline application integration by serving as a central connection point. Enterprise integration service bus (EISB) is intended to become the central platform of integration and services for the provision of AM electronic services and transactions, and a provider of common value-add Shared Services, which will be used by all connected systems, and services.  AM is looking for tools that will support a service-oriented architecture (SOA), allow for scalability and reusability, and ensure seamless continuity of service. The project last for six months.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply an EISB solution to AM. The RFP provides vendors with the relevant operational, performance, application, and architectural requirements of the system.

    tender, and it shall be unconditional, irrevocable and valid for at least 120 days from
    the date of opening the bids, and shall be renewable for other 60 days according to the
    Unified Financial System of Ajman Government.
  2. Providing 2 envelopes sealed with red sealing wax and include the following:

    a. First Envelope: Financial propsal and primary bank guarantee (5%).

    b. Second Envelope: Technical proposal, all its details and a summary of the similar projects of the company.

The biddings that are non- compliant with the above-mentioned conditions shall be
refused. The Department has the right to accept or reject any bidding without identifying
the reasons.

The aim of this project is to revamp, consolidate, develop, and face lifting of AM mobile Apps, such as but not limited to MAWAQFI, MPDA, and HANDASA Apps. to provide outstanding smart services to AM clients that exceed their expectations, cover their needs in an simple way, and enrich their experience. AM is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms “Vendors” to provide 6 professional mobile Apps developers, AM expect to have the candidates resumes  included in submitted proposal, as a part of proposal evaluation and AM team will review provided resumes and interview the candidates.

Project Description

 

The AM Project ENTERPRISE DATA PROTECTION & ENCRYPTION aims to deploy a unified and efficient data protection platform that can be leveraged to secure all data types residing in or moving between our physical, virtual, cloud and hybrid environments.

The project is divided into three different solutions for the improvement of overall security state of the organization regarding the data security, data breaches, security incidents, endpoint intruder protection:

  • Data Encryption Solution

This is to protect sensitive data against threats with encryption, masking etc, prevents leaks from databases, data warehouses, ensures the integrity of information and automates compliance controls across heterogeneous environments.

  • Exploit Management Solution (NAC & VA)

    This requirement is to prevent untrusted, unknown and/or unwanted assets from accessing network (Wired and Wireless), zero-hour malware quarantine, vulnerability assessment across all platforms including server, systems, network devices and Policy based Patch management for different scenarios and environments.

  • Data classification and leakage
Identify and classify sensitive data including legacy data via impact free user experience, Discover and protect confidential data wherever it is stored or used, monitor all data usage and prevent confidential data from exiting any network gateway or endpoint.
