Honors Outstanding Employees in Delighting Customers

Engineer Khalid Moeen Al Hosani, Director General of Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman on delegation, honors the outstanding employees in regard to delighting customers. These employees contributed to the success of the “Happiness Session” organized by the Department recently to reach constructive initiatives and ideas in order to raise customers’ happiness index and draw smile on their faces.

Al-Hosani stressed that the Municipality Department is proud of its hard working cadres and qualified human resources who can deal with all segments of society and are keen to simplify things for customers, enable them to complete their transactions with ease, make them very comfortable and gain their absolute satisfaction and lasting happiness.

He explained that the honoring of the outstanding employees in delighting customers is their simple right as they are the Department's symbol. They seek to spread the culture of happiness and instill a positive culture in the hearts of all. He pointed out that the “Happiness Session”, in which 30 employees participated, achieved its objectives and came out with more than 200 realistic suggestions seeking the improvement of customer experience.

 

Al Hosani said that the Department, under the direct guidance of His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department, and follow up of His Excellency Abdulrahman Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, supports all activities and initiatives that raise the awareness of the service providers and instill a positive culture in them and develop the knowledge required to contribute in raising the customers’ happiness index and make them feel totally comfortable, have a streamlined and flexible experience  when completing their procedures and save them a lot of time, effort and trouble waiting for hours to get what they need done.

 

He added that the Municipality Department is seeking to maintain the position it has achieved in the field of delighting customers and obtaining their complete satisfaction based on the skills and competencies of the trained human cadres who spare no effort to achieve these objectives and strive to raise the external satisfaction rates by achieving customers delight, according to the strategy of the Municipality Department, the Emirate of Ajman and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, which aspires to be one of the best countries and to make its people the happiest all over the world.

 

For his part, Marwan Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Management of Customer Delight Centers, explained that the participants discussed four main axes: job satisfaction, customer journey, service challenges and knowledge. They also achieved a series of constructive initiatives that turns the challenges into real-world solutions and success stories whose impact is felt by everyone to develop work and provide high quality services to increase customer satisfaction.

The honorees appreciated the Department’s efforts and its keenness to honor the human cadres. They also added that the Department spares no effort to support them to move forward in the path of customer delight, providing them with courses, training programs and brainstorming workshops that give them wide spaces for creativity and innovation to come up with constructive initiatives.
