Rashid Al Nuaimi Receives a Delegation from Siemens

HH Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, received at his office Mr. Dietmar Siersdorfer, Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Middle East Ltd., and Mr. Khalid Bin Hadi Al Yafei, Deputy CEO of Siemens, in the presence of HE Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Head of Municipality and Planning Department and Mr. Marwan Obaid Al Muhairi, Director of Project Management of the Department, and a number of officials from both parties.

His Highness reaffirmed at the outset of the meeting that the department is always seeking to strengthen its relations with all parties and companies that drive the development and prosperity of the Emirate of Ajman and is keen with all its capabilities and potential to target the human element, sharpen his skills, provide him with all makings that qualify him in preparation for filling the specialized posts.

His Highness also discussed with the visiting delegation ways to strengthen the joint relations between the two parties, to build bridges of effective coordination, and to establish the foundations of enhancing the strategic partnership that casts a positive light on all aspects of constructive work. He discussed with the delegation a number of vital topics and key issues that improve and develop the comprehensive and integrated development process in all areas of life, and that serve all segments and sections of society.

Mr. Dietmar Siersdorfer, Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Middle East Ltd., gave a detailed explanation to His Highness about works and achievements that Siemens provides to develop the human resources in the UAE. The Company seeks to train highly skilled workers and national personnel who are able to work diligently by providing training courses and workshops which enable them to develop themselves and qualify them for filling specialized jobs in the field of power generation that is a vital and important field and other fields.

The Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Middle East Limited explained to His Highness that they will provide job opportunities for graduates whose skills were sharpened and who were provided with all the expertise and knowledge that enables them to fill jobs of power generation.

His Highness Sheikh Rashid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Municipality Department expressed his pride in Siemens' keenness to support the students and open the horizons for them. He pointed out that the Municipality Department will organize joint workshops between the two parties to develop clear plans for the areas of mutual cooperation and consolidation of the desired coordination, which in turn serve in the public interest.
