Municipality and planning Dept.-Ajman organizes positive energy cycle for its employees with the participation of 24 employees from all job categories
Municipality and planning Dept.-Ajman held "Positive energy cycle and its impact on work environment" session with the participation of 24 employees from various sectors of the Department. Dr. Ali Obaid, the human resource and psychology specialist, lectured at the session which is held for two consecutive days in the department's training hall.
The session organization made under the guidance of the department's happiness and positivity council; keenness of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the department's chairman; and follow-up of His Excellency Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director General in order to qualify and empower the employees to excel in their work field for achieving excellency and happiness through developing their institutional performance and self-development.
The coach Dr. Ali Obaid, human resource specialist, provided an explanation about positive energy concept, definition, and role in stimulating creativity in every employee; each according to his abilities and tasks and in sharpening the skills by improving them by more experience and methods to achieve self-development for employees.
So that, Khalid Ahmed Al Hosani, the Executive Director of Support Services at the department, confirmed its organization and achievements; pointing out that it came within its annual plan for training and development with the aim to develop self and creative abilities for the department's employees from various sector and service centers. He expressed the department's aspirations to achieve its goals and contribute to promote and motivate employees to achieve excellent results for the clients' happiness and to apply the best service practices applied within the national happiness system.
Further, the trainings session includes practical applications within the working groups to carry out training exercises which demonstrate responses and ways of generating positive energy among the department's employees to work with the spirit of one team and hold fair competition among them to serve the department's vision, mission and goals to lead organizational excellence.
