Under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department, and follow up by His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohamed Al-Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, the Training and Career Development Division of the Department organized a graduation ceremony for 54 student of the Ajyal Program, attended by Dr. Mohamed Al-Zar’oni, Director of the Human Resources Administration and Naima Al-Shaer, Head of the Training and Career Development Division and a number of officials of the Department.
To that, Khalid Ahmed Al-Hosni, Executive Director of the Supporting Services Sector of the Department, stressed that the ceremony comes as expression of gratitude for students for attending to the Department during the training duration, pointing out that the senior leadership of the Department is encouraging the young people to work in the Department to continue its efforts in the implementation of the settlement policy in all careers needed by the Department, to promote their success as innovative students were able to successfully meet the requirements of the program in order to be one of the Department’s employees in the future after knowing the needed staff for the open vacancies in the Department, praising their outstanding efforts during attending ta the Department for training and qualification to choose their future careers in line with the needs of the local market.
Al Hosni pointed out that the trainees were distributed based on their interests and specialization in order to qualify them and prepare them for the local labor market, explaining that this comes as translation to the objectives and strategies of the Ajyal Program, which aims to enabling and qualifying the trainees of the program and to promote the young citizens and motivate them to work in the Department in the future according to the settlement policy adopted by the Department after the trainees graduate from the universities.
In a guiding word of Dr. Mohamed Al-Zar’oni, Director of the Human Resources Administration of the Department, who graduated them and gave them the graduation certificates of the program, expressed his thanks to the trainees for choosing the Department to gain expertise and skills, which will benefit them in the future, praising their outstanding efforts in the training and the expertise, skills and practical practices they earned in different career fields, pointing out that this class of trainees, who were accepted according to specific standards and requirements related to settlement, professional tendency and setting the desired goals by choosing the Department to be trained in its sectors.
Dr. Al-Zar’oni stressed that choosing the Department stresses its excellence and success in attracting young citizens, who participated in the program out of their keenness on promoting their future by getting familiar with the job opportunities available to them in the future, particularly that the program has enabled them to define the most important methods used in the selecting jobs needed by the Emirati market and the important vacancies needed by the Department after gaining practical experiences in different areas in the sectors of the Department.
The Director of the Human Resources Administration indicated that the execution of the program came under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al-Nauimi, Chairman of the Department, and follow up and continuous attention by His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohamed Al-Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, according to the training plan adopted for several years and implemented by the Training and Career Development Division of the Department, which works to contribute to the qualification and training of young people and equip them with different experiences to refine their professional expertise through practical field training, which consolidates their professional awareness, explaining that the Department has also trained a number of orphans in cooperation with the Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation as a community initiative of the initiatives of the Human Resources Administration for 2016.
Dr. Mohamed Al-Zar’oni, Director of the Human Resources Administration, pointed out that the Ajyal Summer Training Program has achieved its objectives planed by the Human Resources Administration through the follow-ups of the Training Sector and by supervising the tasks assigned to the students in work locations, after holding introductory meeting to the participants of the program, according to the guidance and advices provided to them as leaders of the bright future of Ajman, which is considered a vital part of the precious UAE, pointing out that the Department granted them certificates state their success in the program and granted them motivational financial rewards in recognition to their efforts in interacting with all careers they have trained for at the Department.
